How to Book your Event
Please fill out and submit the Contact Form. Our event team will get back to you with information about renting the museum and whether your date is available. You may also contact us 617-478-3290.
A hold may be placed on a date for up to 1 month with the understanding that, should the date be requested by another client, the User holding the date will have 24 hours to go to contract or release the date. If a site visit is required prior to confirmation, it must be scheduled as soon as possible after reserving the space and confirmed as soon as possible after the tour. Once confirmed, a contract will be sent to you that must be returned to the ICA with a 50% deposit within one month of receipt.
Payment and Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the entire usage fee is required with the execution of the rental contract. This contract is due not more than one month after issue. The balance of the fee is due one week prior to the event. A credit card will be kept on file for all reimbursable expenses above and beyond the rental fee.
The ICA reserves the right to cancel an event up to and including the day of the event if it becomes apparent that the intended use of the space will endanger any personnel or property or if the User does not comply with ICA policies and procedures.
