Special Events
Overview:
The Special Events Department is responsible for the production and management of all internal events that take place within the museum. These events include exhibition openings, Member events, Trustee events, and 3 annual benefits. In addition, the events department works closely with Wolfgang Puck, the ICA's exclusive caterer, to assist with external events when needed.
Responsibilities:
The Special Events intern will primarily provide administrative support to the Department. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to those listed below:
• provide assistance with planning, implementation and follow up on ICA
Fundraising events held throughout the year.
• Assist with the production and management of events
• Assist with general administrative needs as they arise
• File maintenance
