HarborWalk Sounds: Gordon Au

THIS CONCERT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER WARNINGS. The ICA and Berklee College of Music present Gordon Au in concert on Putnam Investments Plaza. Au began to play traditional jazz in middle school, and, by the time he finished high school, he had toured Japan and Australia, and played with jazz greats Gerald Wilson, Benny Green, and Ernie Watts. Au is currently studying jazz composition at Berklee, where he is a recipient of the World Scholarship and the Herb Pomeroy, Clark Terry, and Art Farmer Awards for composition and performance. He was recently selected to join the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz, which restarts in New Orleans this fall under the artistic direction of Terence Blanchard. Admission is free. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Concerts will be cancelled in the case of rain.
