Sapphire Necklace Gala

This is the signature event of the ICA’s season.  Over 650 guests join at this fantastic party to celebrate the outstanding work of the ICA.  Dinner is served in the galleries followed by dancing throughout.  Proceeds from the Sapphire Necklace Gala support the ICA’s art exhibitions, performance series, and educational programs for young people.

The annual auction is a particular highlight of the Sapphire Necklace Gala.  Guests have the opportunity to bid on one-of-a-kind travel and art-related packages. Eliza Osborne from Sotheby’s in New York will be here to conduct the bidding. Packages include a behind-the-scenes party at the ICA, a dining experience with Ruth Reichl, editor of Gourmet Magazine, in New York, and an exclusive trip to Los Angeles!
