BodyTraffic

through the village square…
Kollide,

and o2Joy

BOSTON PREMIERE

This young Los Angeles dance company is known for dynamic theatricality and refreshing abandon. Founded by Lillian Barbeito and Tina Finkelman Berkett in 2007, BodyTraffic has surged to the forefront of the concert dance world and was named one of Dance Magazine’s “25 to Watch” in 2013 and the “company of the future” by the Joyce Theater Foundation. Known for commissioning today's most distinctive choreographers, BodyTraffic will perform And at midnight, the green bride floated through the village square… by Barak Marshall, Kollide by Kyle Abraham, and Richard Siegal's exuberant o2Joy.

Free pre-show talks with dance critic Debra Cash 30 minutes prior to curtain in the State Street Corporation Lobby at the ICA both evenings. Free post-show Q&A with the company Friday, April 11.

Access for Boston's dance community is supported in part by the Pratt-Hall Fund.
