With a reputation as one of Boston best chefs and restaurateurs, Ken Oringer has achieved national acclaim for his restaurants Uni, La Verdad, KO Prime, Toro, and Coppa. Chef and owner at Toro and Coppa, Jamie Bissonnette is renowned for his knowledge and passion for “nose-to-tail” cooking.
