Do you like making art? Are you currently in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade? Do you want to learn more about contemporary art with other creative young people? If you answered yes to all of the above, then join us for Art (Co)Lab, a new 8-week virtual program for youth in grades 6–8 focused on visual arts inspired by current installations in the Bank of America Art Lab. This fall we will be exploring the themes and materials present in Threads of Connection by Boston-based artist Merill Comeau. The program will be led by ICA staff and teaching artists with special workshops led by guest artists. Participants will explore various art materials, methods, and ideas to grow as artists and create a creative online community.
