Drawing upon nearly three decades of collaboration with William Forsythe, Jill Johnson will lead visitors in a discussion of how Forsythe’s body of work in the visual arts—his choreographic objects—builds on his innovations in dance and the performing arts. Also a renowned dancer and choreographer, Johnson is the Director of the Harvard Dance Center and Senior Lecturer in Harvard’s new department of Theater, Dance & Media, and she has staged Forsythe’s works for the Boston Ballet.
