ICA research fellow Kate Duffy leads a discussion on Mark Dion’s New Bedford Cabinet, a work recently introduced into the ICA collection. A P.h.D. candidate in American Studies at Brown University specializing in 19th-century cultural history, Duffy will share her unique perspective and knowledge gleaned from working closely with the artist as a pre-doctoral research fellow for the exhibition Mark Dion: Misadventures of a 21st Century Naturalist.
