ICA Harbor Market Vendor Information
To apply to be a vendor at ICA Harbor Market, please fill out the form below. Vendors of all trades and backgrounds are encouraged to apply. We strive to curate a group of diverse and unique artisans for each event – our markets have seen remarkable wares from jewelry and ceramics to candles and specialty foods.
We’re now accepting applications for ICA Harbor Market on Sunday, March 15. The deadline to apply is February 10. Approved vendors will be notified on or before February 14.

There is a $50 booth fee for Artisan/Artist Vendors in support of the ICA Store.
There is no fee for food or beverage vendors.
The ICA will provide the following to each vendor:
- One 6’ table and tablecloth, but vendors may supply their own table (6’ maximum) and tablecloth if they choose
- Two chairs
- Wi-fi access
- Electric outlets will be supplied as available and upon request
Vendors will be given a load-in time between 8–10AM for an 11 AM start. Load-outs will be completed between 4–6 PM. Unfortunately the ICA cannot store items before or after these times.
