What is +1?
+1 is a free ICA membership program for youth 0–18. Members can come to the ICA for free anytime and also invite a friend (their +1) for free! The name +1 also draws on the idea that with the addition of each new member, we are building and creating our community.

What are the benefits of +1?
- As a +1 Member, you can visit the ICA for FREE and also bring a friend (your +1!) for FREE when you visit.
- Upon joining, +1 members will receive a digital membership card and special welcome gift.
- +1 members will receive tailored e-communications with information about free Teen Arts courses, Teen Nights, Play Dates, and other opportunities for education and engagement.
- +1 membership grows with you. Participants will retain their membership status until they turn 19.
I just signed up for +1 Membership. When will I receive my membership card?
All members receive a digital membership card within 7–14 days of signing up; these will be sent by email to you from email@example.com. Memberships are activated one week after online sign-up, and we are always happy to look up memberships at our admissions desk.
I am a new +1 Member and my membership isn’t activated yet. How can I visit the ICA?
Upon registering for +1 Membership, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will serve as your temporary membership confirmation until you receive a digital membership card. Please show your email confirmation at the museum admissions desk and ICA staff will reserve your tickets.
Please note that tickets are subject to availability. During high demand periods, tickets may not be available for same-day entry.

Do I need to renew my membership?
+1 membership grows with you. Participants will retain their membership status until they turn 19.
How do I manage my online account?
All ICA members have an online account set up under the email address connected to their membership. If you need to set up your password or reset your password please visit www.icaboston.org/account, enter your email address, and follow the steps emailed to you.

How do I receive access to ticket presales?
To receive advanced access to ticket releases during our member presales, please log in to your membership account first. Once you are logged in, you will see all available tickets listed.
How can I change my address?
You can edit account information including your address by logging into your account.
How can I find out when my membership expires?
You can log into your account and see what your current membership level is and when it expires.
How do I set up my ICA Store online account?
The email you use when joining as a member is automatically assigned to be your login for icastore.org. Visit the store site to finish setting up your account, including setting your password.
