Publications

For more than 80 years, the ICA/Boston’s publications program has complemented the museum’s mission to be an experimental laboratory for contemporary art. Lending a sense of permanence to temporary exhibitions, these publications document the historical trajectory of the museum’s pioneering work with some of the most important artists and ideas of our time. Many of the books and catalogues are by now out-of-print or difficult to find. We will continue to add publications on an ongoing basis and endeavor to make these resources more widely available.
