This edition of the biennial Foster Prize, highlighting work by Boston-area artists, will introduce a new component: a program of intimate, in-gallery Foster Talks in which each artist will engage in a discussion with a figure who has influenced their work. Each talk will address the artist’s work and the creative process. 

Lucy Kim will speak with Melissa Doft, plastic surgeon, and Stephen Marino, personal trainer, both subjects of Kim’s work in the exhibition.
