The ICA is offering FREE admission for all on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, January 15. Free advanced tickets are required and will be available to reserve beginning on Sunday, January 14 at 10 AM.

Celebrate the legacy of MLK with art-making, a special short film screening, and three acclaimed exhibitions. While you’re here, don’t miss the waterfront ICA Wine + Coffee Bar, featuring light bites by The Catered Affair and a list of natural wines selected by nationally recognized sommelier Lauren Friel.

Drawing in Cycles | 12–4 PM

1st Floor, Bank of America Art Lab

Create your own set of interconnected drawings inspired by Tammy Nguyen‘s paintings that weave together across multiple canvases. Visitors are encouraged to think about how to tie each drawing together through color, motif, and theme. Art-making is drop-in on a first come, first serve basis, space is limited; last entry is at 3:30 PM.

Join a young astronomer during a lunar eclipse, a meaningful first visit to a barbershop, and witness the magic of a neighborhood castle all in one sitting with this immersive collection of films highlighting Black storytelling.
