Chef Anthony Caldwell opened 50Kitchen in 2020, a Southern American and Asian fusion restaurant in Fields Corner in Dorchester, where the motto is “beautiful food for beautiful people.” Before 50Kitchen, Caldwell was a prep and line cook at Legal Sea Foods in Chestnut Hill; then moved on to work at The Sheraton Hotel, MIT, as supervisor; an Executive Sous-Chef at the John Hancock in Boston; and Sous-Chef at Harvard University.
