Manager of Programs, MCA Denver

Molly Nuanes is a museum educator working and living in Denver. She is the Manager of Programs at the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver, where she has been since July 2013. At MCA Denver, Molly creates, produces, and manages teen programs, including Failure Lab. Her greatest joy comes from working with creative youth and artists, dreaming up big things together, and making them happen. Molly graduated from Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in art history, and from the University of Denver with a master’s degree in art history and museum studies. Outside of the museum, Molly mentors college students from her alma mater through the Newcomb College Institute’s Women-to-Women Mentoring Program. She also loves to garden, cook and bake delicious food, and hang with her silly dogs.
